THIS DEED OF ADOPTION made on this _____ day of _______ 2001 between Mr. _______________s/o Mr. __________aged about ______years and Mrs. ______________w/o Mr. ____________aged about ___years both resident of _________, ____________(hereinafter called “THE ADOPTIVE PARENTS”) of One Part.
AND
Mr. _____________s/o Mr. _____________aged about _____years and Mrs. _________w/o Mr. __________aged about __ years resident of ________________ (hereinafter called “THE NATURAL PARENTS”) of the Other Part.
WHEREAS the ADOPTIVE PARENTS got married on __________and have not been blessed with any issue and desire to take a child on adoption.
AND WHEREAS the aforesaid NATURAL PARENTS were married on _______and have been blessed with three daughters and a son. The eldest daughter being about 18 years and the youngest son being about 10 years AND another son is born to them on ___________(hereinafter referred to as an ADOPTED SON).
AND WHEREAS the said NATURAL PARENTS have also expressed their desire to give up the said new born son for adoption.
AND WHEREAS in view of the aforesaid circumstances the said NATURAL PARENTS have agreed to give up and the said ADOPTIVE PARENTS have agreed to accept and take the said ADOPTED SON from the natural parents. Both the parties hereto are HINDU by religion and consider it expedient and necessary that a proper Deed of Adoption be executed as an authentic and lawful record of adoption.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES AS UNDER:
1. The parties hereto do hereby declare that the ADOPTIVE PARENTS have duly adopted the said “ADOPTED SON” as their son from 1st day of August, 2009 when the said NATURAL PARENTS have actually and physically given and the said ADOPTIVE PARENTS have actually and physically taken and adopted the said ADOPTED SON.
